Soon after, a vacation home rental management company recommended Jeremy, and introduced him to me in late March 2016. Shortly thereafter, a house came on the market that had great rental potential, on which Jeremy put in an earnest money contract for me. Unfortunately, (or so I thought at the time) I was outbid and lost the deal. I remember at the time that we decided that some deals just aren’t meant to be.
